  • This is a sample on our Online Transaction Follow-Up System for buyers or sellers who choose us to represent them with full services. You are provided with a user name and password so you can keep yourself up to date 24/7 on how everything is going with the process of your closing. This check list only applies to real estate purchase and sale agreements which have been completely agreed to between the buyer and the seller. This is by far the best communications system to keep a buyer or seller informed along the way with everything regarding the closing process.

  • 1. The Transaction follow-up Check List: are those tasks which we preform on the follow-up of your purchase through the closing the entire closing process until you get your keys.

  • 2. Related to the Transaction: means the part of the transacton the task is related to with the closing process e.g. closing, financing, home inspections.

  • 3. Estimated Due Date: is the estimated time frame each task is to be completed by us or you from the mutual acceptance date on the real estate purchase and sale agreement.

    Note: All estimated Due Dates are based on the sale closing in 30 days.
